On November 18, 2022, Better Business Bureau found the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has issued an electrical citation against Custom Electrical Services LLC for failing to request an inspection within 3 business days after completion of the installation or 1 business day after energizing, whichever occurs first as referenced in WAC 296-46B-901.
This $250 penalty was satisfied.

On September 14, 2022, Better Business Bureau found the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries has issued three electrical citations against Custom Electrical Services LLC for continuous non-compliance (3 or more citations within a 3 year period, employing electricians and electrical trainees for the purposes of chapter 19.28 RCW in an improper ratio and failing to obtain an electrical/telecommunications work permit and post the permit or permit number on the jobsite, or post a provisional electrical work permit prior to beginning the electrical/telecommunication installation or alteration).
Custom Electrical Services LLC was fined a total of $6,250.00 for all three violations. These fines have been satisfied.
