Additional Information

Refund and Exchange Policy
We do a dog adoption contract which specifies they will keep the dog its entire lifetime and a three month training period.  We do exchanges for new dogs and refunds are at our discretion when folks are not buying furniture.  When people arrive they bring their current dogs to make sure they match up well and if they bring their dogs back within three days we will happily match them with a new dog quickly.  If they do not communicate any problems with their adoption we are not able to help them make an easier transition when we have rehomed over 2,000 dogs so we are experts and love to help.  We will happily take back any dog for its lifetime but we want folks to be honest with their time and training ability as well as patience to take in a new family member, hence an adoption contract saying they agree to work with their new buddy.  Some adopted dogs take up to a year to settle in so I weed out folks who are not dedicated to keeping their new family member.
