              I took my truck to their service department for repair. They told me my transfer case needed replaced. They charged me $3000 for the repair and it did not repair the problem. They said bring it back in and they would search for another problem without remedying this first problem. I took the truck to another shop and had them inspect my old transfer case and there was nothing wrong with it. My truck is now being repaired else where. Five Star basically charged me $3000 for a used part that wasn't the problem. The shop where the truck is at now has stated they ripped me off as they could have done a full rebuild for $1000. Shops that do this type of things to people should not be in business. Once the shop that my truck is at now is further along with repairs I will get them to write up something that states there was nothing wrong with my original parts

              In the smaller town of ********, ** there aren't a lot of options. Had an insurance repair for a couple raccoons I encountered on the road. At first they did okay. Problem came to the billing. The insurance sent then a check in my name so I went in and took care of signing over. Then asked "what else do I owe?" A couple of workers looked around. The one guy asked **** (the boss in the office) they said "no you're all paid" well few months later I get a notice.of collections. They've been rude and hung up on me since. Granted I'm on collections for funds I was told were paid and they can't talk to.me. but theirs ways to still he professional.
