"I agree with the other review:They are nearly impossible to reach, they rarely show up for appointments on time or at all, they are pretty much oblivious to any communications we have with them, and seem almost passive-aggressive in their unavailability and spruceness in communication.They also accept payment for (as most recent example) submitting crucial forms to the state and then not doing so for months, despite dozens of phone calls, most of which go to voice mail and are not responded to." ...
