    I hired Window World to replace all the windows and patio door in my house. The didnt add in the installation so they had to return and do patch work on the trim area where the air was flowing into the house. While they were doing that they drilled holes into the frames of the patio door and verbally said they would come back and repair the damage they caused. Months went by and no follow up or repairs so I emailed them and requested they repair their damages and they confirmed via email they were so sorry and would come back and do the repair work and its been 30 days and they have not responded to any email from me or phone calls. They need to repair the door they damaged. This costed over around *****k.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have tried calling and emailing and I have received nothing from them.

    Window World installed the window 12/2023. On 5/2024 we realized that the windows (there are four panes) were assembled incorrectly by the manufacturer. Called Window World and sent them picture of the problem. Also one window the latch was broken, so it wouldnt pull the window in tightly. Additionally two of the four screens were bowed as received and cant be used. All this was told to ***** at Window World. They said they would order a new replacement window but, it would take three months. I didnt hear from them by the end of August, so I called again in September and they said the window hadnt come in yet but would call me when it did. In October 21, 2024 I called again, ***** said the window was in but she would have to schedule a lift for the workers to install the window and would get back to me to schedule a day. On April 23, 2025 I called again. This time I asked ***** to have ******* ********** call me to discuss this matter in hopes of resolution. Once again no response.

    I have heard from the business in response to my complaint. I cant say the issue has been resolved. Window World has set a date of June 20, 2025 installation. I wont close this out until this is completed. Consumer need to be aware that even though Window World state on their commercial every evening that there is a warranty for the home owner and the owner after them, they dont follow through. Once again, this has been very difficult getting them to replace this window that they installed on December 2023.

    The window is delivered and scheduled to be installed and the date is already setup with the customer. We did have a longer than expected wait on the replacement window due to a factory issue that was out of our control and then decided to wait until warmer weather.

    I am still waiting for the window to be installed. Their response is of a poor business not communicating with their customer. This ******************** was installed in December of 2023. Having paid the bill in full, I feel that as soon as the window did arrive (end of September 2024) it should of taken president over the customer who hadn't paid for their ********************. Once again poor business. The window is scheduled to be put in, but until that is done, and done correctly, I will not close out this complaint. 
    Businesses and Customers should be civil, courteous and polite in their responses to complaints. It is important to remain professional and productive when participating in the BBB complaint process.
