Not only was l able to find the EXACT sconce I wanted & they arrived immediately whrn I saw that one of the globes had a crack I called and spoke to Ari * she was wonderful * I assumed that it would need to be returned but she asked me if I could take a picture of it and send it * I was even able to text it to the 800 number * she texted me back saying that ********'s would send me a new globe * from my call to her positive response took less than an hour! And I received an email from ********'s 3 hours later with the tracking number for the shipment of my new globe!In my opinion this is **************** on the highest level!!IsabellesLighting.com Response

5 Star Rating.One of our light fixtures broke. ********** sent me not only 1 but and second one @ No charge!*** stayed on the phone after hours trying to get the ordered shipped in ******, and followed up with phone calls and emails to ensure that we were well looked after.Great customer service! Hands down 5 star rating!! What impressed me the most was this companys owner and customer service. Via another company I was directed to this company. From the beginning the owner took charge with my issue and after lengthy conversation I decided to deal directly with them. The end result is that I now have received a light I like and it arrived quickly. Anymore, I rarely encounter a company like this anymore.
