    I placed an order with this business around July of 2023 for a total of 36 pieces of apparel for a fundraiser. I have always had good luck with ordering from here in the past. This time around a large amount of the shirts i ordered were ripping, tearing at the seam and or had peeling graphics when i received them. I brought them in upon request and the employee had set aside a large pile she had agreed were not of quality and said she would come up with a solution.( over half were set aside in front of me ) I had asked if they would be willing to give me a partial refund for the order, if i paid for their time, since the fundraiser was passed, and i was now stuck with non quality apparel and no money to send to the fundraiser. They offered to redo the shirts but at that time they wouldnt be able to be used at the fundraiser. They did refund me 230 out of the **** i spent with them which covered the cost of 10 shirts. they stated i could take the quality pieces that were left. I had replied if they were only refunding me 230, that i would like the damaged apparel back with my refund. They disposed of the damaged items before i had to chance to find out which items were damaged. i mentioned i would be happy to pay for their time, but would like a refund for the apparel. they responded and said they had already used the damaged items of mine on their own screen print practicing, and that my quality apparel that was left was ready to be picked up. Im not sure who is in the wrong here but would like to move on from the situation without loosing out on almost 900 i understand they are a business that needs to make a living and dont want to put them down but i feel in this situation i didnt get what i was paying for in the beginning or the end of the deal.

    I am in receipt of all of your messages. Apologies for not responding sooner, but was expecting you to come in and pick up your order. I thought it would be better to try and clear the air in person than having even more back and forth.

     

    The items that were refunded are:

    1/M, 1/3XL maroon crew neck sweatshirt.
    1/M, 1/2XL maroon hoodie
    1/M, 1/L white hoodie
    1/M, 1/L maroon tee
    1/M, 1/XL dark heather ********** white tee
    Total amount refunded: $234.25, which is the actual cost of these items to you.
    The above items all had manufacturer defects. When you brought them in we offered to replace them for you. You did not want replacements due to the timing of your event. We then offered these to you at a discounted price so that you would have them for your event, but you stated that you did not want them at all. We then had our vendor issue us credit for these items, which we in turn passed on to you. You chose to not take these items at a discount, and you chose to not have us replace them for you. You made it pretty clear that you did not want these. So at that point, after the refund had been given, the shirts were no longer yours. Our intent was to use these for test prints in our production shop, since they had no value to you and you were refunded the purchase price of these pieces. We were able to retrieve all of the items from our production shop before they were used, and we have them in a box here for you when you come in. In summary, the shirts you paid for are here for you, and the shirts we refunded in full are also here for you. Our office is open from 7:30 am - 5 pm (Mon-Thurs), and 7:30 am - 4 pm (Fri). Please stop by to pick these up.

     

    I have been an employee here since ****, becoming a minority partner about 5 years ago. As of January 1, 2022, myself and another longtime employee have taken over full ownership of the company. We continue to grow, and now employee roughly 30 full and part time employees. And yes, as with any business, there can be hiccups. I feel that we offered multiple reasonable solutions to the issues with your order. Considering that you filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against us, it is clear that you don't share that sentiment.
