    I ordered 5/14.. Its is now 6/25. I have not received my order. I have not gotten any response to any of my emails, calls.. They are awful. Buyer beware

    Placed order on 5/9/2025 and still have not received on 6/19/2025. Emailed three times - 5/25, 6/13, 6/19 - with no response. Finally disputed the charge with my credit card. They sent a generic "sorry, we are overwhelmed!" email on 5/23 but are still taking orders. Maybe stop and fulfill the ones already paid for?

    I placed an order with seedsheets on May 6 ( Order #*****) and I have not received my shipment...it is now May 24th. I contacted Seedsheets 5 times with zero response. I am going to dispute the charges on my credit card.Very disappointed as it is becoming too late to plant my garden.

    I ordered on May 10. It's May 23 and no reply to my emails asking about my order.Their phone number says the ** is full and not accepting new messages.What kind of business are they running. As the other reviewer said, why take people's money if you have no infrastructure to fulfill the orders in a timely manner. I will be disputing this charge.Fraud.

    I used them last year with no issues. This year I ordered on April 17 and it is now May 11 and I have emailed three or four times if not more; reached out on Instagram, ******** and ******* and have gotten no response on where my product is.

    Seedsheet is a terrible company. I ordered my Seedsheet on 4/26. The wait time was ***** business days. It is now 6/3 and I should receive it today. That is about 27 business days!!! What bothers me about this company is the dishonesty. If your product will take 27 business days to arrive then you should have that stated clearly on the front of your website. But that would also mean they wouldnt receive as many orders and they want you to order. They also rely on the fact that it has a 2 year warranty. So if they take forever to ship it and now you miss growing season you can still use it next year as a consolation prize. Most people are ordering it for the year they want to plant it and they know that. Seedsheet relies on the two year warranty as a crutch. They also have a no refund policy. While I somewhat understand why, I feel if they have broken their promise on delivery arrival time they should offer a full refund. My advice for them is to charge more and hire more people. Side note: *** also noticed in the replies to reviews Seedsheet takes no accountability for their bad reviews. That is another sign of a terrible company. Im sure they will have a snappy customer shaming response to this review. But what I wrote is the truth bottom line!

    I wish I had read these complaints before purchasing. This company is the worst! I ordered 4/26 and the site said 2-4 days before being sent out. Then in small print back in some alternative place they say ***** days. Ok.. I wait and wait and wait. 24 days later I email, no response. I send a face book message and finally they email me, but also block me from ******** since I wrote some concerning things about their business practices. I tried to cancel my transaction and they said that they would not do that. UGH they are the WORST!

    Thank you for your inquiry. Looking at this customer's records, it appears she emailed our customer service team 5/19 and received a response the same day with her order status. Her order was shipped 5/22. In a subsequent survey, she gave our customer service team a 5 star review.

    Because we make our products by hand, custom to order, there is a wait time before shipping while our team builds the product to the customer's specifications. During high season, this wait can be longer than usual. We keep the estimated wait time clearly posted on our website, and ask customers to carefully consider the expected wait time before placing their order. Because we build each item custom, we can't allow changes or cancellations once an order has been started. We keep this policy clearly posted on our website, as well. Our customer service team can always be reached by using the contact link on our site. Our typical response time is 1-2 business days. Regarding social media policy, we consider blocking a user as a last resort if a user's comments become abusive. ********************** has a zero tolerance policy for online harassment.

    After reading these reviews, i really worried. I havent even gotten the seeds yet (a christmas present) and maybe it doesnt even matter because they apparently dont work anyway. I have been unable to reach anyone for resolution. UGGGG.
