- Refund and Exchange Policy
- The business states that their refund policy is as follows: Perfectly Grand will replace defective items (and/or any missing parts) within the first 14 days through the specific manufacturer free of charge. Beyond 14 days, but within the manufacturer's warranty specifications and period, Perfectly Grand will help facilitate an exchange through the specific manufacturer. If a customer receives a defective or damaged item and then decides against a replacement, then the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to Perfectly Grand - all Return Policies apply (ie. condition of returned item, Notes of Free Shipping). Please note that we can not give refunds for a few specific items: light bulbs, sheet music, books, videos and custom ordered products such as the custom piano covers or engraved items. If there are defects with these products we will, of course, exchange them for the same item upon return of the original item in “unused/new” condition. Any damage due to shipping must be brought to the attention of customer service immediately.
