    Date of transaction 12/11/2023 I inquired with Blazer Transportation Group (***** Taxi) about a ride from *******, ** to ***************, in *****, **.Their website ****** that they accept all major credit cards. (see attachment) On the phone, *****, the owner, told me the price of 80$, and said nothing about their business no longer accepting credit cards. He sent me a confirmation text stating the fee would be "80$, plus a tip in cash". I misunderstood this for that the tip should be in cash, but since his website stated they accepted cards, I would be able to pay the larger amount with a card. I felt comfortable entering this vehicle with less than 80$ in cash for that reason.When I arrived at topnotch, I asked the driver how I could pay. He told me that ***** accepted cards, but didn't like to. He mentioned that he has accepted paypal before. I said okay, explained to the driver that I would call his boss once I clocked in at work, and provide payment. I tipped my driver and exited the car. By the time I got inside to set my stuff down in my office, ***** had called the cops on me. The driver felt horribly about the situation, and came back to explain to me the situation. During that time, his boss called him and the driver put him on speaker. ***** called me poor, and continually insulted me. This was all in front of the driver, and the ***************. On top of this, I work with children, and I had to stand outside in front of my place of employment and talk to police. This was an embarrassing situation, that quite frankly did not need to happen. He never asked if I had an alternate way to pay him, and he immediately jumped to demanding that I pay him cash, and juvenile insults. It was by far, the most unprofessional experience that I've ever encountered. It was so bad, that the driver apologized to me profusely, and stayed to make sure the police understood that at no point did I refuse payment. I simply didn't have cash on me due to a misunderstanding.

    Ridiculously overpriced for my cab fare to the airport from a downtown ****** 50% higher than a competing cab company two days earlier when going from airport to hotel. They must be paying off the hotel for the recommendation. **** never ever use this company again even though it was my company's money not mine.
