    We drove our car to BAM after having a little problem with 4th gear for a couple months. They called us after their test drive to inform us that the entire transmission was dropped by their tech but it wasnt their fault even though we drove it over 40 miles there. Im looking into getting the footage of the drive since I know the automotive tech blew my transmission in an area covered by local CCV. A former tech who worked at BAM is willing to testify to the fact that PJ(the tech) tried to force my transmission into gear and dropped the entire transmission only 1/8 of a mile from the shop. The car was operable and would have likely been operable for the 45 days until the part came in. We tried to get BAM to work with us and after dealing with both the parts company and the warranty company we had the entire bill for our rental covered. Our car was at BAM for 45 days when my estimate was 14 days. Between the two companys covering our losses they paid over $40 a day for 29 days so there should have been a balance with BAM. ******* at BAM did say he would cover 5 days of the rental and the rest would be at $25 a day. They still charged us for 7 days despite having a Balance from the other 2 companies and the customer service was disgusting. The awful service manager said are you really fighting us over $150. At one point our transmission was 9 days past delivery and I called to see where our part was of if they had tracking and she said she would call then. 9 days past due they didnt even try to see where the part was. We paid $2200 for this terrible warranty company they forced us into and then the blamed each other for not giving us one ounce of customer service. They took money from us and also defrauded the warranty company. Had I told the warranty company that they actually dropped the transmission I wouldnt have been covered. They put me in an impossible condition. ******* the manager was a condescending, ************ and told me to be optimistic
