    I have canceled my membership with **** help and after being overcharged multiple times, was reassured that my subscription was in fact canceled and that I will not be getting charged anymore. However, every month they still charge me $23 This is fraud and they continuously charge my account every month. I have filed a dispute with my bank over the continuous monthly transactions.

    On May, 6, 2024 I utilized Resumehelp.com to create a resume. The charge was $2.90 for the download of the resume and access for 2 weeks. This appeared to be the only charge. Without my knowledge I was signed up for a reoccurring charge of $23.90. I did not realize this until my credit card bill the next month. I disputed the charges because I neither wanted nor used the service. I am currently in dispute with my credit card company Mid Penn Bank under *********************** as Resumehelp.com has insisted that I am utilizing the service. As it is they have stopped the reoccurring charge but still state I owe $23.90. I am refusing to pay this as I did not knowingly agree to these terms.

    This is a copy of what was sent to me when I realized I was signed up for that service. The Billing address is in the ***************** not sure if that helps.
