      Terrible Experience with The Quant Guy and TheoTrade - Do Not Waste Your Money!I have had a really frustrating experience with The Quant Guy and TheoTrade, and Im sharing this so others don't make the same mistake.1. Constantly ***************** Without Notice Over the course of just three months, the service offerings have changed 3 or 4 times without any prior notice to existing customers. Each change has resulted in a significant reduction in the quality and functionality of their products. Ive gone from having full access to a well-designed app to dealing with a basic web page with limited functionality. To make matters worse, when access to paid content changes, you have to contact their support team to fix thingscompletely unprofessional.2. SPAM Emails Everywhere The TheoTrade service sends 4 SPAM emails per day. The worst part is that they use the same email address for both trading alerts (which youre paying for) and these unsolicited emails. There is no way to stop the constant SPAM unless you unsubscribe from all emails, which means youll miss out on the alerts you actually paid for. Its absolutely infuriating.3. Unhelpful Support Team I had to open multiple support tickets because of ongoing issues, and the responses were rarely helpful. The support team seems more interested in closing out tickets than actually helping customers solve their problems. They place the responsibility on the customer, rather than taking ownership of the issues.Additionally, do NOT trust their "lifetime money-back guarantee." I opened a ticket to request it, provided a screenshot of the guarantee from their webpage, and they still claimed it was only valid for 90 days. Shortly after, they updated their website and policysurprise, surprise!If you want to pay for a service that continually gets worse and worse, then by all means, go ahead and work with these guys. Otherwise, save your time and money, and find a more reliable, customer-focused service.

      *** keeps rolling on with new trading programs, meanwhile he leaves people like me and others run over, bleeding on the side of the road while he gets new passengers. It's really jus another Ponzi scheme, a legal one, where *** runs away with all the money in fees to fund his own personal trading. The *** should look further into "Theo Trade." *** has to be one of the biggest losers in the business for his clients. ***'t be fooled by his coffee fueled chat room discourse and knowledge.I'm out with an 84% loss and no remorse from *** or the TheoTrade scam crew. I give a 2 star just because I got out with enough to maybe go on vacation and drown my sorrows. Not to mention the $2,000 per year I paid for 2 years for him to lose my money.

We do not manage money, we do not pool investor funds, and we do not promise guaranteed returns. We offer training, tools, and mentorship for self-directed traders, and our clients remain in full control of their own accounts and trading decisions at all times.

      Theotrade Ultima program is very high risk. They claim 90% success rate.. what they don't tell you is that twice this year in 2023, their short call premium selling strategy has led many investors to lose their other 90% so called gains. ***** who is the lead has a very low IQ and often spends most of his sessions talking about his history and coffee and his island home and has a horrible history of losing investors a lot of money in the remaining 10% trades.. his current trade is running at *****% loss.. that's right selling premium you can get stuck in a trade a owe back more money than you were supposed to make. *** is incompetent and makes his money from thousands of unwitting traders paying $100/ month. At the end of the day, he still makes money, and when his positions go red by ****%, he will show off where he made $200, but will not have stop losses on positions losing thousands or tens of thousands of dollars. Please stay away from this scam trader.

      Accusing *** or TheoTrade of being a scam...I'd like to politely push back against that claim. *** brings decades of institutional trading experience, and were proud of the education and support we provide to thousands of members. While his style may not resonate with everyone, its unfair to judge the entire program based on a few tough trades or personal opinion.

      I was a member at TheoTrade for about a year. This is NOT an ethical business. ***************** one of the co-founders does all these responses to these complaints and he will flat out lie and doesnt care. He is the biggest ***** ever to walk the planet. Just look at his responses to these complaints. *** who is their educator and other cofounder isnt much better. He is NOT a profitable trader and makes money through educational services. These guys are not profitable traders and dont know how to trade profitably. They are just educators pretending to be profitable traders and taking your money. Beware of these crooks and the snarky / MOB-type response to this review from their co-founder who acts like a petulant child. Snarky respons coming in 3-2-1.....

      I strongly recommend avoiding this company. I've had a bad experience with them, and it seems like they don't deliver on their promises. Instead, they focus on selling expensive master courses that don't seem to work. In fact, they're even deceptive about their options trading, claiming a measly $50 profit after 128 days and risking $1,500 is something to celebrate.It's frustrating to see how frequently they advertise new courses and products, especially when they don't seem to care about helping their customers succeed. It's also concerning that they ban people from chatting and disable comments on ******** It feels like they're more interested in sales than truly helping their customers.As a customer, I expected better service from a company that claims to have thousands of members. If they were truly successful traders, they wouldn't need to sell useless courses or charge such exorbitant fees. It makes me wonder if their trades are even legitimate.In my opinion, their courses and subscriptions are a waste of money. I believe that they take advantage of hard-working people, and it's disappointing to see them continue to charge customers who have already canceled their subscriptions.It's clear that this company is focused on sales and profits, rather than genuinely helping their customers succeed. I wish they would focus on improving their strategies and actually helping people, rather than constantly selling and promoting their products.If I could leave 1 star I would...

      I have tried two of their products at a cost of $2000. Neither produced any substantial returns. Furthermore I opened accounts at two different brokerages they were hyping and ended up closing both of them. Help is non existent! If you have a question on a subject your text request disappears into the ether and forget the telephone number! However if you request info on one of the myriad of ever evolving products they are hyping you'll here from them within the hour!Live and learn. At your expense of course!

      1. The 2 products he is referring to are portfolios that are both up modestly in the year while the S&P was down 20%. We never promised "substantial returns" so to complain about not receiving it is absurd. Furthermore, when he purchased the portfolios he complained of significant losses while investing on his own before TheoTrade. So before us he had significant losses and instead of looking at it that he didn't continue to have significant losses he see it with us that he didn't receive "substantial returns" - can't win with this guy! 2. The 2 brokerage accounts. Both firms are cutting edge in the industry - one recently sold for $1 billion. Every trader needs a broker and we provided 13 months of FREE membership access as an incentive to open the 2 free brokerage accounts he is referring to. This is the first time I ever heard a client complain about getting something for free for doing something for free that they need to do anyway. How absurd!3. I see a total of 27 tickets and every single one of them was replied to in a timely manner many replies are within 30 minutes of receiving the email. Maybe there is an issue with his email and he should have called us if he wasn't seeing email replies instead of writing cowardly reviews online.

      I signed up for the ******************** from ********** which they advertised with a "no-questions-asked 90 days money back guarantee". After trying the service for one month I did not find it useful and called them back to cancel and request a refund of the membership fee. I received a reply from Theotrade by ***** declining a refund because he said I had previously received a refund for another program by Theotrade 2 years ago, for the "***************". He said that since both programs are "Theotrade riskless trade", they would not issue a second refund for a "riskless trade" program regardless of the advertised guarantee!I believe that is inappropriate as an excuse to refuse to honor their advertised guarantee.

      This client already received a refund. And he was told "that we limit the riskless trade to only 1 per client. Therefore if you see the riskless trade offer again please understand this would not apply to you since you've already received a riskless trade refund. Thanks." We have the email record of the exchange with him. That is correct that you can not continue to buy products, use it, and then refund it over and over again in perpetuity.

      I did not reorder the same product and then requested a refund twice for the same. Two years ago I tried a different product, a course that I cancelled. The course that I am requesting a refund for is a different one. When I ordered this course I had no recollection of the previous order. They should have alerted me at the time when I placed my order that their advertised refund guarantee did not apply. Instead they took my payment and proceeded with the transaction without alerting me to the change of the conditions of the transaction. Since it is different than what I ordered before I did not know that they may not honor the advertised refund guarantee. I believe that they should honor their advertised guarantee since they did not notify me at the time of purchase that they would deny a request for a refund.

      Watched TheoTrades Introductory Video followed by paying $900 for their Ultima Program which according to the video will give you 3-5 trade recommendations a week. After several weeks, I only received a few trade recommendations. I received a phone call from a salesman named ******* to follow up during my first month. I inquired into why I was not receiving the 3-5 trade recommendations that I was informed I would receive. ******* was clueless and suggested that I contact customer support. I asked him for the *** ************************* contact information which he stated he did not have, which was an obvious lie. I then located the phone number for customer support and when called, I got a voice recording that the company was closed and to call back during normal business hours. The phone call I made was at 12 noon, and my first thought was that I was scammed. I left a voice message to have someone call me. I did receive a call from a person named *****. Whenever I started a verbal sentence, he would interrupt and talk louder than me. After he did so a few times, I had to tell him to cease doing so. Questions I asked *****, but he refused to answer me. I then located an email address for the *** ********************* and made a complaint about his unprofessional employees. The email was intercepted by his co-founder who failed to investigate my complaint and informed me he closed my account. I later received an email from the *** ********************* who obviously failed to do an investigation of my complaint and said he "went above and beyond" and said I received a refund. Actually, a refund was guaranteed if requested within a 90-day period. I'm dissatisfied with the professionalism of this company and its failure to investigate complaints. I then searched online and found many complaints against this company. I do not recommend this company to any trader. There is no excuse for this type of unprofessional behavior and lack of proper judgement.

I have recvd total of 4 trades of which only one was profitable. Refused refund. This is another one of the options trading services that promise the moon and deliver nothing.
