I purchased $12,520.03 in furniture from Ashley Furniture in February 2022. I was told it would be several months before anything could be delivered. I got 1 delivery on May 13, 2022 with the couch and several more items and was told we’d have another delivery later on with the rest. We got another delivery on September 16, 2022 that I thought would have everything. The delivery guys came and asked if I’d been informed that they didn’t have the headboard or the coffee table in this delivery, which I hadn’t. They left the footboard and side rails to the bed in boxes in my hallway since they couldn’t put the entire bed together without the headboard. The only things I’m missing are the headboard and the coffee table. I called several times over the next months and either couldn’t get a call back or couldn’t get an answer at all. When I finally talked to someone, they said it appeared all the items had been delivered. I’ve submitted 2 disputes with ***** ***** but they’ve been denied and I can’t understand why or what evidence they have that says these items have been delivered. The paperwork they sent me shows photos of everything else delivered in my home and a signature for the first delivery. There are no photos of the headboard or coffee table and there isn’t a signature on the 2nd delivery. I’m currently paying for these items and I do not have them.
