At Koons ******************** Jeep Ram, I was with my friend examining the ***** Pilot 2021 when we met with the salesman, *****************************, After we inspected the vehicle, we decided we liked it, and I asked the salesman if he could work out a lower price. He went to bring *****************, the sales manager. **** came over, threw the papers in my face, and said, no, this is nasty behavior. ***************** ought not to be employed there.I will not use Koons anymoreReview from Katrena J

They are terrible DO NOT GO TO KOONS I purchased a ********************************************************************************************************* to take it to there shop the guy changed the oil and said the car was ok I knew it wasn't I purchased the vehicle the end of Feb 2023 I have driven the car for 4 months out of the time it has been in a shop due to heavy mechanical issues so I'm paying on a vehicle that I'm not driving and a piece of you know whatReview from Wanda P

They are not honoring there that say unlimited warranty they sold me a car that has had axle replace now it shuts off in middle of road and needs fuel evap system and now there is a battery problem that also shuts off car this isn't 1st car we have got from them that had problems daughter got a car and less then a month later the transmission went out in carKoons Automotive, Inc Response

Our lifetime powertrain warranty does have certain limitations and exclusions, and unfortunately, axles are not covered under this warranty. My sister went there to buy a car along with my mom and they sent the deal into the lender and then tried to get her to purchase an extended warranty because she was told the car was going to need a motor. And she has never took possession of the car, it has never left their lot and we are fighting to get the loan voided. I will not stop until the loan is voided.Review from Lakesha C

In 2017 my daughter and I purchased a vehicle, 2015 Hyundai Elantra. I was her cosigner. Today in 2023 we are still owing a little over 5000. In January 2023 my car was totaled. During the search of another car for myself, we decided maybe we could trade this car in also. We were denied any trade-in due to structural damage shown on the Carfax report, which we had no knowledge of until then, as we were not provided the Carfax at the time of sale. Enterprise, another Koons location, as well as Carmax, told us because of the structural damage shown on the report, they were not able to take the car. The general manager, continued to tell us there was no damage, and he could help us by putting us in to another car. We are trying to figure out why this vehicle was sold to us in the state it was from the beginning. the Carfax shows the damage was reported right before we purchased it and states to have the vehicle inspected by a collision professional and Koons could not produce the report. Here we are years later stuck with a car we cannot drive or trade in. The general manager continued to tell us the car was worth what it was because of lack of maintenance and its current condition. However, the quotes and information we obtained were given site unseen only by review of the Carfax report, online inquiries by entering the VIN. Cosmetic Repairs can be made and parts replaced if needed, but that doesn’t take away the Structural Damage. GM was the only person saying there is no structural damage. We asked him if he would pay the remaining 5000 after we have paid over 80% of the payments and we are stuck with the car due to negligence on Koons behalf of selling us a vehicle with structural damage. Instead, we were brought in to be sold another car instead of making it right with this one. The vehicle was sold to us in an unsafe state and without our knowledge. Attorney General, face to face and email correspondence back and forth and the issue remains, stuck with dead car.Review from Ley B

The process has been filled with problems and employee screw ups for WEEKS. Taken two full days of my time for ME to fix THEIR mistakes regarding the check filling out and not to mention the sheer amount of time it took to even get attention and an offer on our car. I’ve never wanted to leave a place so badly. General manager was unhelpful and combative.Review from Kelley H

These people are crooked. They lied to me the entire time and sold me a car that needed an engine. They kept my car 5 months while I was still making incredible high payments. They have me my car after 5 months my horn didn’t work , the brakes were bad no brake pads. It needed a front end alignment and tie rods in both sides. This whole I was pregnant and after I had my baby. They sold me a very unsafe vehicle. Also lied to me so I could sigh everything the first day and then came back 9 months later and they told me I couldn’t refinance my vehicle. So now I’m stuck with high car payment and still unreliable vehicle. I haven’t had my car one day with no problemsReview from Riley W

They were extremely nasty when we mentioned that we received a scratch-off flyer that said we won $1000. They let us draw an envelope that contained $2 instead, even though the person on the phone said that we won the listed number. There was nothing in the fine print that even mentioned the drawing, except for a brief note that the confirmation number does not determine the order in which prizes are drawn, which does not directly confirm that there was a drawing in the first place. When we queried further, they claimed that they are not trying to scam us, asked what they had tried to take from us (to which we later responded that they took our time), and accused us of trying to scam them by just asking questions.Review from Angela B

Bought a truck and check engine was on and they refused to fix it. Catalytic converter and camshaft position sensor. And it passed inspection. How? Took it to the shop and I was informed that this about their fifth car they worked on from there in the last month or so.
