      More Information...

      To whom it may concern,

This is an update regarding the complaint number 21971872 (against All In One Moving and Storage, **** in *****************). We recently received a $2,000.00 check from All In One Moving and Storage, **** on July 12, 2024 (please see attached copy of the check stub). As of today, July 15, 2024, the check has cleared. While we are grateful for the $2,000.00 that All In One Moving and Storage, **** sent, this is another example of them not keeping their word. On June 10, 2024, *********************, General Manager, emailed that he would have our check in the amount of $5,145.00 sent out "on this week's [June 10th] check run" and the second check in the same amount of $5,145.00 sent out the week of June 24, 2024, via "Fed Ex supersaver." That would have been the total amount of $10, 290.00 that they owe us. We are still interested in keeping the complaint active because they have made promises in the past that they have not kept. The above information was sent via email to ********************************** We were not sure if this update was added to our complaint. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

      Very Respectfully,

      Orentel *** and ***************************

All In One Moving and Storage, **** still has not addressed our second complaint in which All In One Moving and Storage, **** & its representatives, ***********************,Relocation Manager and *************************, CEO/owner, were negligent in delivering our furniture in a timely manner. They delayed delivery of our household goods (HHG) by 1 month and 17 days. As a result, we had to push back our closing date on our home and extend our stay in the hotel since we were not going to access to our furniture. All In One Moving and Storage, **** cost us an additional 5 weeks in hotel expenses totaling $5,****** by delaying the delivery of our HHG. In short, ***********************,Relocation Manager told us the standard is to give a one week notice when requesting delivery of our HHG. With our experience of dealing with moving companies in the past, giving a one week notice for furniture delivery appeared to be the moving industrys standard. We gave All In One Moving and Storage,**** a two week notice when requesting delivery of our furniture because we had some problems with this company shortly after we selected them as a moving company. We notified All In One Moving and Storage, **** on March 1, 2023,that we would like a delivery date of March 15, 2023. It was not until April ****** that All In One Moving and Storage, **** and *********************** provided a delivery date of April 17, 2023. This was 1 month and 17 days after our initial request for a delivery date.
