- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Persona Doctors allows for the refund of any product or service purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products and services, refunds for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 30 day refund period. Customers requesting a refund after 30 days will be required to work directly with the provider for support and customer service. Providers may request a refund, on behalf of a customer, of any purchase up to 90 days after the date of the customer's purchase.
If a customer requests a refund and the refund is approved
by Persona Doctors, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to
the customer, in part or whole. If the refund is for a recurring billing product
or service, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be
refunded. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within Persona
Doctors's Return Policy. A return on a recurring billing product or service will
also result in cancellation. Refunds will be made by check. - Business Categories
