            I helped my brother in El Salvador on his INS Naturalization petition and the Law Office of Hale Hawbecker firm did not do anything to process his INS immigrant visa papers. My brother paid $2000 dollars for the processing fee and all what we got is the termination letter from INS of his case. Attached all the documents of the amount paid to the firm and a copy of email stating the firm will refund the money. As you can see and read in the email that I tried so many times but no reply or answers from the firm when to pick up the refund check. Your help on this is greatly appreciated.

            I feel that me/ my wife have spent money time. (Years) was assured buy mister Hawbecker. After his supposed assistant cat had dropped the ball and that he would pick up and carry on. That’s been three months I have not seen or heard from them as of yet other than bring us some paperwork which I did and phone calls saying will be in touch. When when will you be in touch we have spent years on this. Can we please come to a resolution or do we need to go further into the court proceedings possibly suing you for my time that you have basically wasted, I don’t see where you people have done anything with my wife’s citizenship paperwork. No one will return my calls with any kind of information on anything. I think the front office is poorly run . I would think at least somebody could call you back and let you know something but no these people don’t even do that very poor business. I don’t recommend it to anyone spend any American good US dollars Mark . S****.
