Bought a PS5 remote control custom, order number 8296 for $178.60 on Sept 30, 2024. Website stated at least 12 weeks for completion. On Jan 7th received an email about an update stating quality control phase. On March 7th I started an email chain about the status of the order since it was past the scheduled timeline. They stated they are back tracked and “still working on it” but if I liked to cancel I would have to pay a $25 cancellation fee which I refused and that I would wait. On April 20th I sent another email asking about an update on the order which they didn’t reply. On the 22nd of April send another email which they ignored as well. On Aug 9th I called their customer service line and is disconnected. Ive also left messages on their social media which they completely ignored. I just want my money back as this point but is too late to fight it with the bank/******.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product in February 2024. While this company has a tracking system to let the customer see the building status/process, the product has been stuck on its final stage since June 2024. Their estimated wait times say nothing about this taking a year and a half. I’ve attempted to make contact with the company concerning the status of my order via phone calls, multiple emails, and multiple attempts of contact via social media since June of 2024 until now. I’ve only received one response back in April 2025, telling me that my shipment would possibly be en route within a couple of weeks. On [31/7/2024], I ordered a custom PS5 controller from LaZa Modz through their official website (lazamodz.com). I paid the full amount in advance. According to their stated policy at the time, the item should have been delivered within 2 months
It has now been more than one year now since I placed my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email, social media, and their website contact form, I have not received any product or meaningful updates. On several occasions, my inquiries were ignored.
Based on numerous online complaints and reviews from other customers, it appears that LaZa Modz is engaging in a consistent pattern of accepting payments and failing to deliver products, which constitutes deceptive and fraudulent business practices.
I am requesting the following:
1. A full refund of the amount paid.
2. An investigation into LaZa Modz’s business practices.
3. Appropriate legal or consumer protection actions to prevent further harm to other consumers.

I purchased a custom game controller for $381.98 from this business on November 6, 2023. As of today, August 1, 2025 I have yet to receive the product I ordered or any updates on my order. According to the tracker, the controller has been in the "quality control" stage since March 24, 2024. I sent them an email asking about the order on December 4, 2024 asking for an update, but they haven't responded. On January-February 2024, I paid $168.00 for a modified PS5 controller on a payment plan thatbthe companyprovided. As of today, it has been 1 year and 7 months, and I have yet to receive the product I purchased. I have made multiple attempts to contact their support team to inquire about the status of my order. I received no response to my inquiries after April 2025, despite previously being in some what communication. This lack of follow-up, transparency, and customer support is completely unacceptable and constitutes a breach of the agreement between customer and seller.
I am demanding the following:

I purchased a controller in September 2024. I received multiple emails on the controller's progress. There was even an option to pay more money for it to be shipped before the holidays. I've reached out to this company numerous times regarding the controller I purchased from them, but they have not responded to any of my messages. In hopes of receiving a reply, I decided to email them, allowing a week to pass without any response. I then contacted them through their Instagram account, where they frequently post stories, pictures, and videos, to inform them about my email, but again, there was no reply. They did view my message, as it indicated that it was marked as "SEEN" by them.
I understand that the company may have a limited number of employees, making it challenging to manage orders, but that does not justify ignoring customers who are waiting for their orders. According to their website, the build time for the controller I ordered is approximately 8 to 20 weeks, which I find acceptable. However, the lack of communication is not acceptable, especially since they are clearly reading my messages.
I spent $231.23 USD on my controller, which I ordered on November 22, 2024, and it has now been about 8 months without any updates. I am now requesting that my controller be shipped, or that a refund be issued, before I am forced to consider legal action.Initial Complaint

Purchased two products from the company in December of 2024, I quit receiving updates on the status of my order in April of 2025. Since then I have tried emailing the company multiple times with no response, have also tried calling the company on multiple different occasions and have gotten an answer that I’ve reached the business but they are currently closed and no option to leave a message. I have also tried messaging their social media account with no response.
