5 starsJames Wada helped me a few house projects prior to putting my house up for sale. He was prompt, conscientious, and efficient with his work. I appreciated how he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why to ensure the job was done correctly. He took care to protect my belonging and cleaned up after the job was complete. 5 starsThis was my second experience with James Wada's work. This time he replaced weatherstripping around several windows. It's not difficult to praise his work. He is conscientious, meticulous, and dedicated to doing an expert job. He obviously knows what he's doing. To top things off, he's personable and a pleasure to do business with. A total professional . . . at a fair price. Potential customers would have to look long and hard to find someone better.Makaleha Handyman, LLC

5 starsReview by Peter * James Wada of Handyman Services, LLC is a tireless and very conscientious professional in the building trades. He is meticulous in his work and performed far above what I expected in the job that I engaged him for. I live in a community with an active HOA and residents that emphasize property maintenance and all around attractiveness. Including focus on such common place facilities as mailboxes. That said, my wooden mailbox post and aluminum mailbox were 17 years old and showing their age. Time for an upgrade. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Paint a mailbox . . . a job that most any Homeowner could do in a few minutes on Saturday morning. Not so. Because after close inspection, and introspection, it was definitely not a routine do-it-yourselfer. Going to the internet, I selected James Wada for the job and he did not disappoint. He spent about 4 hours, sanding, scraping, painting and re-painting the post with 3 or 4 coats, brightening the box, plus voluntarily re-painting the box numbers to finish things off. A job exceptionally well done! In wrapping up this review, I would be remiss if I did not mention that James Wada is not only a low-key, personable, and well-qualified jack-of-all- trades, but also that his quality work is fairly priced. 5 starsI am selling my home and needed some minor repairs. My Realtor recommended James Wada of Makaleha Handyman Services. He was here within a couple hours and had the job completed in an hour. He worked quickly and methodically until the job was finished. James is very friendly and has a kind spirit! Very reasonably priced and honest! 5 starsJames is the best.....
He was working for and with me during many years doing all kinds of handyman work and remodeling projects and more for our vacation rentals and our house. He is a skilled handyman with a great work ethic and does wonderful work. What also was important for my business: he is licensed and insured .
He always was very responsive, reliable, trustworthy and always did a great job. Unfortunately for us he moved away too far to do our repairs.... I can highly recommend James to anyone with business or private property, who needs smaller and bigger projects done.
