This is form my experience working with Misty M***** from ERA Oakcrest in Winchester VA. Misty M***** is absolutely horrible to work with. She would never return our calls in a timely manner, we had to wait days or weeks for a response. When maintenance people finally came out to our townhouse they were her husband and son. They would show up with little to no notice and do awful work. They did such bad work in one instance they caused a leak from our shower upstairs, into the downstairs. We were told by Misty herself that this was our fault, "we were showering incorrectly", which is nonsense. After a month of complaining they finally got a real contractor out to our place. He fixed the issue quickly and told us the bad work from the previous contractors (Misty's husband and son) caused the leak. When our lease had 2 months left, we started calling and leaving messages with Misty about renewing it. Instead of calling back she waited until less than a month was left on our lease to send us a notice to vacate in the mail. I wish I could give this 0 stars. Misty is a horrible mean person who does not want to help you.
