            We had a sprinkler system installed at our home on 5/14/2022. Poseidon was paid $3700.00 per their estimate. On or about 7/10/2022 we found the main pipe had burst to the tune of 15,000 gal of water spilled. We immediately called the owner Joseuf to have him come and repair. He did not return our calls. After 2 weeks of no response we contacted another company to give us a quote for the repair - $1800.00. After another 2 weeks of calling and getting no response we had the other company repair the damage. We have spent the $1800.00, plus $100 for our fence post repair due to so much water it dropped 4 inches, and we expect a water bill of appx $450. To date, still no phone call. Ultimately we would like to be reimbursed but we also want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else.
