    March 9 2023 I lost heat for my house outside heat pump and a furnace downstairs through my ***** warranty. GSSN was the company. That came to my house. I had to pay them $100. My deductible per my insurance I was told my outside heat pump had a cut safety wire that bypassed a bad part on my heat pump that nothing would be covered by my insurance went to the basement to my furnace. I was told it would not run because it was locked up due to it being so dirty.They left and I had no heat I called wards heating and cooling for a second opinion and the reason the heat pump was not running was due to a faulty wiring in the thermostat in the house had nothing to do with the cut wire and there was NO bad part on my heat pump. Then wards heating and cooling went to my furnace in the basement. They found a bad fan center change the oil filter. And changed the nozzle. My furnace started right up with no problem at all per GSSN my furnace was locked up due to it being so dirty my second opinion **** Heating And Cooling found two bad parts changed oil filter and it started up with no problem. I had **** Heating And Cooling come back out three days later and clean my furnace. I had heat the same day that **** Heating And Cooling came out. Cinch warranty I filed a complaint with them they will not reimburse me or pay for anything that was done. I have emails that I can prove that GSSN was completely WRONG on their estimate./findings. I am disabled and on a limited income. I also have a receipt from **** Heating And Cooling on what they did to get me heat the same day they came out date of service, 3/20/23. I would like to be reimbursed for the out-of-pocket money I paid$637.10. Plus 100.00 Deductible

    The attached photos depict the need for a full system cleaning and tune up (Which would have included a nozzle and oil filter) Simply replacing the nozzle and oil filter would not correct the issues with the blast tube or combustion rate. The other items that were of major concern was the blower motor, blower wheel, combustion chamber, Thermal Expansion Valve and the disconnected exposed wiring in the service panel of the heat pump unit (

    Based on the pictures (Available by request) We see no grounds for improperly diagnosed equipment. We at GSSN LLC have a "Fix It Right Guarantee" This means that we promise to fix it right the first time otherwise we will make it right guaranteed.

    We cannot provide a refund for monies that were never paid to us or contracted by us. To request a refund, I would suggest contacting your home warranty provider as they may be able to help with this matter further.
