      We ordered cabinets through Woodmark in February, and they arrived in a very timely manner at the end of April. However, almost every single cabinet out of 16 was severely damaged. The damaged included deep dents and scratches, paint drips, and misaligned joints. The boxes and packaging were pristine and the damage even extended to the insides of the cabinets, so this was not a shipping issue. We had to ship several of the cabinets back and order replacements, as well as replacement doors and drawer faces. The replacements arrived today and they are also damaged--worse than the originals-- and will have to be sent back. We are now facing significant project delays with no end in sight, and no assurances that the third time will be the charm on receiving product that meets the quality we paid for. There is clearly no inspection or QC process, or if there is, that person is deeming deep and visible damage as well as structural flaws acceptable. It's actually surreal how poor quality these cabinets are for the price we paid, and that they find it acceptable to ship damaged goods to paying consumers (repeatedly!). Given the costs associated with freight, I am confused by how this is a sustainable business model and am concerned that the costs of these inefficiencies are being passed along to the customer.

      American ***************** had the exact color of cabinets I wanted. After lots of research and only seeing tons of negative reviews I struggled with really wanting these cabinets. I decided to take a chance. So glad I did. They arrived in a timely manner. All were absolutely perfect with the exception on one that had a small flaw. In reality we couldve used it as is but with them being new we contacted the company and they shipped out a replacement immediately. We received it quickly and were told to do whatever we wish with the damaged one. No hassle on us at all. Weve only had them installed for about 2 weeks now so I cant speak on the longevity of these new kitchen cabinets but I can say for now the quality and costumer services with this company has exceeded my expectations. People tend to only leave a review when they have bad experiences. Unfortunately I think thats the case with this company and so glad I decided to take the chance and not turn down the cabinets I really wanted because of only bad reviews.
