We left Network Solutions months ago and do not want to renew any services. They have been told this many times. However, I am getting renewal notices in my email multiple times per day and they REFUSE to stop emailing me. Here is their last response via chat:Nw. **************** emails and notifications are system generated, and there is no way we can have it to stop. It is one way we can inform the customer, for them to be aware of which services in their account is to expire and needs renewal. Main reason for that is because, we value your services, and as much as possible, we need to make sure that you do not lose any of your services due to failed renewal."ME: you are required by law to stop emailing me upon request NW SOL: I am sorry to make you feel that way. We really do not have the hold to stop system generated emails and notifications. You can ignore the emails being sent, or you can set up a new email address to which you don't use that much.I believe this activity is illegal under the CAN SPAM act regulated by the **** Please make them stop

FYI  we also have an ongoing case regarding this matter with the *** who regulates the CAN SPAM act.

I received a voice message from a representative named ***.  I called network solutions and attempted to reach *** but he did not provide a direct number and I was unable to find who he was.  *** is a lowly customer service representative I assume and not a manager who is taking this seriously or he would have left a return number.   This is indicative of this company and has happend every time I need somone to call me back. Here is the message I received:

"Hi, this is *** calling from Network Solutions. Looking to speak with ***********************. Unfortunately, I'm unable to reach you. But I do understand this is about the email notifications for any upcoming renewals and in marketing emails that you're getting. if you no longer Unfortunately, like we don't have a way to take you off the the email list on our side, but with when you get an email from us at the very bottom of the email itself. There's a link to unsubscribe from any further emails coming from Network Solutions that does take I'd say up to about 72 hours to fully update within our system. But after that time frame no more emails will be sent out. All right. Any other questions, of course, give us a call, and we'll gladly look into them. All right. Thanks. Bye."

The number he called from ************ directed me to Web.com company....not Network Solutions.  Maybe there is an unsubscribe button from the Web. com emails but I am NOT GETTING WEB>COM emails....I am getting NETWORK SOLUTIONS emails.  There is no unsubscribe button in the emails and I am no longer a customer of theirs so any agreement to receive emails is null and voice.  Also,   I can't tell who this guy works for.

Please direct this complaint to the appropriate persons and ask them to leave a DIRECT call back number if they get our answering machine.   We are a small company and our phones are often busy.
