    We bought a refrigerator from ******** appliance center, payment date 2/27/2025. Delivery was scheduled for 3/6/2025. The bill we paid was broken down as follows - $1248 for the refrigerator, $135 for installation with package removal, $25 to carry the appliance up more than 8 stairs, $25 to carry our old refrigerator down more than 8 stairs, $43 for delivery, $30 for disposal of a large appliance. We provided measurements of our old refrigerator and our stairwell and were assured the old fridge would fit for removal. The delivery persons refused to remove the old refrigerator claiming it would not fit down the stairs and we were forced to hire a separate company to remove the refrigerator. It did fit down the stairs. We requested a $55 refund for the $25 down stair fee and $30 disposal fee. The refund was never remitted and we would like it.

    Tolsons issued a check #***** for $55.00 on 03.19.25 - Check has not cleared the bank

    ***** spoke with ****** ******** - was told that they did not receive the check. ***** told her that she would mail check ***** on 03.31.25

    ******** issued a replacement check # ***** on 03.31.25 and mailed it - Check has not cleared the bank 04.11.25

    04.11.25 at 1:05 - I called Ms. ******** phone ************ and there was no answer and I could not leave a voice mail.

    Tolsons will gladly reissue another check and if the Salanicks' would like to come and pick it up.
