    I am filing this complaint against ****** Heating and Air Conditioning due to an ongoing failure to repair my air conditioning unit in a timely, professional, and competent manner. This issue has been ongoing since March 12, 2025, and remains unresolved despite multiple visits and escalating problems.March 12: I initially reported the issue with my air conditioning unit. Despite the urgency, ****** did not send a technician until April 4, which was only for an initial inspection23 days after the first report.April 14: The first repair took place more than a month after my initial request. They redid *** ****** and reportedly conducted a pressure test to ensure there were no leaks.May 5: After noticing continued degraded performance, I contacted the company again. During this third visit, the technician discovered that the coils were leakingsomething that should have been caught during the pressure test on April 14.May 21: Despite knowing about the leaking coils since May 5, the repair was not scheduled until May 21another 16-day delay. However, on the day of the scheduled repair, ****** canceled due to rain and pushed the repair out another 6 days to May 27.I have now been without reliable air conditioning for over 70 days, including periods of high heat. This is not just an inconvenience but a significant quality-of-life issue. The delays, missed problems, and poor planning demonstrate a lack of urgency, professionalism, and proper customer care. A pressure test should have identified all leaks during the April 14 visit, but it failed to do so. Now I am forced to wait even longer because of weather that should have been factored into scheduling contingencies by a professional *************

    Some of the delays with this case had to do with coordination of drywall with the builders and McCrea had to wait for the part to come in. The repair on May the 6th required 2 technicians to complete. On that date it was discovered that indoor coil was leaking and needed to be ordered. May 23rd installed the indoor coil. June 5th we had to return to reposition the indoor mini split and drain line. Everything was secured and working properly. It was not ideal with the amount of trips it took to fix this but as of June 5th the system was operational and working normally.
