A Better Business Bureau investigation revealed that Beauprettys did not have a business license according to the Commissioner of Revenue for Virginia Beach, Virginia. An Internet search of the company revealed no adverse information. A viral search of the address on file with BBB was revealed to belong to another company. According to the information supplied by inquiring consumers, ordered and paid for merchandise which has not been received. According to the company's website, they sell outdoor supplies. Upon further investigation of the company's website, it was revealed that the website now belongs to another company listed as being based in England.
