  According to the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) website Red Ladder Remodeling has a signed Consent Orders on file entered on March 14, 2023 citing the following violation;
  
  -Remedial education, revocation, or suspension; fines,
     -Grounds of denial or revocation of a license or certificate;
        The Board may suspend, revoke, or deny renewal of an existing license or certificate, to any contractor who is shown to have a substantial identity of interest with a contractor whose license or certificate has been revoked or not renewed by the Board.  A substantial identity of interest includes but is not limited to (i) a controlling financial interest by the individual or corporate principals of the contractor whose license or certificate has been revoked or not renewed, (ii) substantially identical principals or officers, (iii) the same designated employee as the contractor whose license or certificate has been revoked or not renewed by the Board.
  
  Red Ladder Remodeling was fined a total of $150.00 for Virginia Board of Contractors costs, must have a member of Responsible Management to successfully complete a Board approved remedial education class, pay all monetary penalties, cost, education, or sanctions within 90 (ninety) days of the effective date of the order in addition the Board voted for revocation of the company’s contractor’s license. The Board shall waive the imposition of the license revocation provided Red Ladder Remodeling, LLC reports to the Board a change of Responsible Management removing Grace Hoosier and provides supporting documents from the State Corporation Commission verifying the Managing Members to the Board regarding the change in Responsible Management with the Board of Contractor’s within ninety (90) days of the effective date of the Consent Order.
