I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of our family beach house rental Atlantic Breeze! Within the first 24 hours of our stay, we have encountered numerous issues: Room 10: Unpainted ceiling patch. Room 13: Leaking ceiling in bathroom, bubbling ceiling in shower, paint stains on walls, slow sink and shower. Room 14: Dripping shower. Theatre Room: Large hole in the wall. Game Rooms: Two game systems non-functional. Top of Staircase: Cracked ceiling. Furniture: Soiled, battered, and peeling leather. Decks: No lighting. (3) Refrigerators: Dinged, not making ice, strobing lights. Pool: Drooping and detaching lining. Dining Room: Table with broken glass, “fixed” with tape. Missing spindle on the staircase. Gas stove needs to be ignited by a hand-held Bic lighter Kitchen is limited in utensils and cooking items. This site touts being able to accommodate a large group. Kitchen does not support this. Unusually limited. Gaming systems (advertised) inoperative Many bathrooms have low pressure in sink and bathtub Room 3 has no window screens and you can’t access closet due to the proximity of the beds Assisted in facility repair allowing a crane to put the new AC unit on home 1 dishwasher not cleaning dishes when cycle has finished Kitchen sink low pressure upstairs door not able to be locked 1st floor door hard to shut and lock Stains on trundle bedding Also important to note that your Engineering team has already been to our house SIX TIMES our first day here! Not something one would expect, particularly for the cost or the weekly rental. These problems are unacceptable and significantly impact our stay. The pictures on the website suggest a completely different scenario.
