I rent from Howard Hanna and moved in in May of 2021. We have had problems ever since. We have had termites, pests, loose outlets, broken stairs, mold and mushrooms growing from the mold, high electric bills due to no insulation, etc. They have not responded to the issues properly; for example, they were notified of the mold issues 10/14/2021 today is 02/06/2022 and we are still fighting them to take care of the issue. I have a dog and if she gets ahold of one of this mushrooms, who knows what could happen! This place was completely renovated and all of these issues were ignored in that process. Every time someone comes out to "fix" something they say "I told them they needed to do this before renting it" as if the issues could've been avoided beforehand. They have not been willing to accommodate us in any way with all of these issues we have had! We have never been late with our rent payments and we are great tenants. I've never had so many issues living somewhere in my life, Howard Hanna has made us live in inhumane conditions. Do not rent from them, they don't care about their tenants!

We've been in contact with the consumer and feel that we are well on the way to reaching an amicable resolution. We understand that many repairs have been made to the property however some work is ongoing. This can be quite stressful and we regret the inconvenience this has caused.
