I strongly caution against doing business with the Pool Guyz. They lack professionalism, are unresponsive to phone calls/emails, and will not refund "refundable deposits".

Our experience with them was terrible. They collected money from us via credit card with no signed paperwork or contract and did not provide any receipt of payment. We were told from the Pool Guyz office that the charge would be refundable. We spent countless hours/days attempting to reach the office to retrieve our refund. Our calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered. After talking with a lawyer and ******, we decided to dispute the charge with our credit card company. Luckily, the credit card company investigated the issue and found the charge to be fraudulent which resulted in the money being credited back to us.

There are many other credible pool companies that will do a quality job and provide a professional experience. Do not go through the headache of dealing with The Pool Guyz.

Thank you Mr. ***** for reaching out to us, in spite of our no refund policy, we did get your deposit refunded. In mid July you contacted us to inquire about a pool. We corresponded back and forth with questions and multiple proposals before you decided on the exact pool model you wanted. In early September you decided not to sign the contract and contacted us to request a refund for the small amount you had paid to hold the early 2022 install date and get a pool ordered as you requested in July. You called about a refund and were informed that the the person in charge of refunds was out of town and we would update you concerning the refund after talking with them. On a timely basis, you were informed the deposit was not refundable and were not happy with the the response. We had already ordered the pool model you had requested and saved the date for you. Due to the time frame for ordering and getting pools shipped, unless someone else purchases the pool model ordered for you, that will be a lost install date for us, which is why the deposit to hold a date and order a pool are non refundable as was explained. With that being said, in good faith, we authorized the credit card company to refund the money to you. As you decided not to proceed with a pool, we are sorry we did not have the opportunity to demonstrate our commitment to excellence to you beyond issuing you a refund.
