    Jim is hands-down the best plumber I know in the Hampton Roads area. He helped us out on short notice and efficiently solved our issue. He is a true professional - I highly recommend him.

    I did a lot of research and discovered Jim was the most experienced game in town. He came to investigate the water damage in our house. He charged me a reasonable rate and found all three sources of water leakage. He swept through quickly, so fast in fact that when he was gone, my wife came down from teleworking and asked if he was done already. When I replied, she checked his work. We had so much water damage that she could not believe that he found all the leaks. She was sure we had a broken pipe. She was pretty upset and I couldn't convince her otherwise. Then the home insurance company sent a water leak investigator. He not only pressurized the pipes, he confirmed all the other work Jim did. Jim was right on the money. I highly recommend Jim for all your plumbing needs. He hasn't come across a leak he couldn't diagnose. Don't settle for the other Bertolinos that will charge you more and do less. Go with the OG.     tried to schedule a service by calling, after talking for a bout 5 mins the person on the phone asked to call back in 10 mins, I agreed but I had to call them back almost an hour later, they did not give me a specific time or date they would be able to visit, just "we will call you 30 mins before we arrive" I didn't get a call for 2 days and left a voice mail, where t hey said they guarantee a 10 min call back, and did not hear back form them for 2 days. had to go look for another plumber
