As of today July10,2023 we canceled both memberships on our vehicles due to expensive ******** damage to our front passenger dumper on our 2021 Toyota Avolan that isn’t including the rental car cost for the 5 to 7 days for repairs. After noticing damage to our front dumper,we spoke with a manager of Go Carwash. She filed a claim for these damages on July7,2023 &was told corporate would contact us within 72 hrs. We'll today,we received a call from the asst manager & was told that our claim was denied by corporate because we couldn't establish that their equipment damaged our vehicle. We explained to them that we felt our vehicle move & a loud noise was heard when the tire shine application roller came in contact with our car. So,we asked the asst manager if he could watch our vehicle from inside their carwash as the tire shine application roller engaged he agreed. He watched our vehicle from start to finish. As the tire shine application engaged, our vehicle moved & a loud noise was heard once more.I was looking at the asst manager and the expression on his face&eyes said it all!He left the inside of the carwash as my vehicle was still in the stall.I pulled out & parked my car,the asst manager was on his cell & talking to a female manager next to him.The manager got off his phone,he said he didn't see the equipment do any damage to our car&corporate made their final decision&they weren't responsible. In the same breath he said that Go Carwash wasnt liable for any type of damage to any cars.So why was a claim filed in the first place by management on July7,2023 when I noticed the damage in the first place?I decided to go through the carwash one more time today after the conversation with this asst manager but I asked the man at the control panel to turn off the tire shine application.GUESS WHAT,YEP MY CAR DIDN'T MOVE ONE BIT NOR WAS THERE A LOUD NOISE WHEN I GOT TO THE TIRE SHINE ROLLER.WANT TO KNOW WHY?PERHAPS IT'S BECAUSE THE TIRE SHINE ROLLER WASN'T ON!
