      I wouldn’t give this place one star…charged my card a day before check-in and being told I was a “no show” before I even arrived, would not take charge off my card even after I showed them my bank statement-kept telling me it wasn’t them-then had the nerve to tell me they wanted the full three night charge on top of what they took out…very shady people, I simply left before even looking at my room…place was shady as soon as you walked in the door, gave off a gloom n doom vibe, smelled like weed and cigarettes and dirt

      There was blood on the comforter and the mattress, it looked like An animal gave birth on the pull out couch. Holes in the outlet for mice to come through and said mice ate my fiancee snacks while we slept and they deficated in our bags and on the table. The loose wires behind the dresser was a fire hazard. When presented to the night shift about our findings they said no other rooms were available and no sister hotels available. After I talked to the day shift manager they said they were only able to give a *** refund for the atrocious stay. I declined and demanded a full refund even took a dozen or so pictures. Haven't heard from them since.

      I stayed for2 nights at the Days Inn 10/27-10/29/23 and I woke up with bed bug bites. There were also roaches in my room crawling in the shower and my nightstand so I know there are roaches all over the hotel. I was bitten several times on my face and arms, I am in pain and itching. I would like others to know about this experience in Room 315. I want the bed and pillows to be destroyed so that this will not happen again. I'm really disappointed by my stay and i hope this will not be a continuing issue for others who stay in this hotel. I did notify management but have not heard back from them.

      The super 8 motel on boardwalk was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
      aug 31 2023, water leaking from ceiling over bed,shower wouldn't drain so i didn't get to shower
      on the way down to the lobby the elevator has standing water in floor
      Talked to wyndham 3 times, sent email and nothing.Their customer service is the worst I have encountered
      Never stay at a Wyndam property again

      Arrived @ 9:15pm. Set the arrival time in the app beforehand for 9
      •Waited 30-45 min to be let into the room with our tired children.
      •Room and beds still covered in sand. Floor was black and sticky. Walls and ceiling disgusting. Bathroom door falling apart, won't shut. No coffee pot. Killed a cockroach hanging out on the wall.
      •Went to the office several times the next day and made several requests, including asking to speak to a manager (which never happened) and nothing was done.
      •Not enough towels or pillows provided.
      •Other guests children running into our room and van several times.
      •Our laundry was messed with even though we were checking every 15 min.
      •Employees having rage fits.
      •Several drug deals in the rear parking lot.
      •Trash everywhere.
      •Fire alarm not hooked up or functioning hanging off the wall.
      •Blew a breaker.
      •Nextdoor guests showed us their door doesn't lock. You can just push it open.
      •Ice machine is broken.
      •Toilet clogged for no reason and overflowed.
      •Was told I had to chase down the cleaning lady for clean towels.
      •Took them 3 days to provide any cleaning for the room.
      •The tub doesn't drain properly and you might as well be taking a bath while you're trying to shower.
      •AC Stinks
      •Sink was disgusting. Black stuff coming off the edges.
      Probably mold.
      •Bought a mop to alleviate the situation and it was black when we were done.
      •Flies everywhere in the room and around the property.
      •The pictures provided of this property is not the hotel. They are using another hotels pictures.
      •Booking.com attempted to contact someone from the hotel unsuccessfully.
      •All other guests complaining about issues.
      •Entire property is disgusting.
      •No information at all provided in the room. No wifi password, no welcome book. Nothing.
      •Wifi has to reconnect all of the time and only works in certain spots.
      •Noise and parties all hours of the night. Very shady people everywhere all of the time.

      Horrible Horrible experience
      Upon check in, an inexperienced front desk agent made a mistake and cramped us up in one room instead of two that we originally reserved and paid for.
      We were not offered refund or any kind of accommodation for the mistake they made and were told there is nothing they can do and as a result we lost our money.
      Very unprofessional management and worst service I have ever received from any hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot...
      Place is old and outdated, however unlike the management, cleaning staff were friendly...
      I would stay away from this hotel and would never come back to this place...
      It was a very bad experience...

      I was charged a *** authorization fee for a room that was paid for in advance. I was charged with out my knowledge. (They only told me about the *** security deposit, not the additional ***)
      They withheld a total of ****, supposedly for 10 days, for a one night stay.
      Tried calling the hotel but no one answered, so I had to drive there to talk to someone. (Tried calling 4 times)
      I was told there was nothing they could do.
      TERRIBLE SERVICE!

      I made a reservation through ******* for a 2 night stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Williamsburg, VA. Fifteen minutes later I tried to cancel the reservation but couldn't because I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail which is the only way to cancel (they misspelled my e-mail address). I called the hotel directly and the desk clerk cancelled my reservation but could not refund my on-line payment. I visited the hotel and was told a manager would call me (there was no manager on-site). It's been 4 days and no call. My brother stayed at this hotel and said that it's run down, no breakfast service, coffee maker didn't work and there was no one at the front desk at night - only a sign to call a phone number for assistance.

      Worse hotel I have EVER stayed in. Not just in Va but in my lifetime. The GM who gave her name as Maria was rude and unprofessional. When I asked for the corporate number to speak to someone above her she gave it to me with her middle name “Maria” written at the top and advised me that it would be a waste of time because they are a privately owned hotel and it would just route back to her so she could do what she wanted. After she denied my reservation twice, with the intentions of still charging me although she was not going to let me stay. She then refused to refund my money so I could go and get another hotel so that my son who was in the car could sleep properly. To top it off when the second desk agent checked me in, I went upstairs to discover blood and another unknown substance on the bathroom floor underneath the sink. The corporate, customer service center and rude GM at the front desk will not help you! They think it’s ok with all the diseases and pandemics going around to force a person to stay in this nasty hotel. It’s beat up on the outside and in. Please do not be fooled there is nothing luxury about this hotel. You have been warned.
