Connor Solutions Group, LLC was first brought to the attention of the Better Business Bureau on November 6, 2020. During a Better Business Bureau investigation, Connor Solutions Group, LLC did not have a 2022 business license according to the Virginia Beach, Virginia Commissioner of Revenue. An Internet search of the company, principal, and address revealed no adverse information on the company nor principal. A viral search of the address on file with the BBB was revealed to be a storage style facility. The company has had no reports posted to the BBB’s ScamTracker page: https://www.bbb.org/scamtracker/us.
According to the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR) website, Connor Solutions Group, LLC has a Consent Order on file entered on May 10, 2022 citing the following violations:
-Failure of all those who engage in residential contracting, excluding subcontractors to the contracting parties and those who engage in routine maintenance or service contracts, to make use of a legible written contract clearly specifying the terms and conditions of the work to be performed. Prior to commencement of work or acceptance of payments, the contract shall be signed by both the consumer and the licensee or his agent,
-Failure to obtain a building permit or applicable inspection, where required,
-Contracting with an unlicensed or improperly licensed contractor or subcontractor in the delivery of contracting services,
-Failure to obtain written change orders, which are signed by both the consumer and the licensee or his agent, to an already existing contact, and
-Acting as or being ostensible licensee for undisclosed persons who do or will control or direct, directly or indirectly, the operations of the licensees business.
Connor Solutions Group, LLC was fined a total of $3,750 by DPOR, must have a member of Responsible Management successfully complete a Board approved remedial education class within ninety (90) days, had ninety (90) days to pay fines, along with revocation of license.
