      This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They replaced our ** Unit in May of 2024 and in April of this year (2025), we found water damage and black mold in and around the unit in our garage. Our daughter started getting so sick in the fall of 2024 and eventually needed to get surgery due to the back-to-back sinus infections she was having. My husband also had to take medicated nasal sprays due to a growth in his nose. All of this we are sure is related to the improper installation of the unit. When we asked for One Hour to come to our home to see the unit, they finally leveled it correctly and had the nerve to charge my husband for the visit. We are now working with our home insurance for a claim for the water damage due to the ** which we are lucky they are covering. We also have an environmental company who has come to our house to conduct mold testing which has tested positive for black mold. My daughter and myself are now having to stay in ** with family because it is not safe to return to our home. One Hour refuses to work with us to come and remove the unit so we can have mold remediation completed in our garage. They want us to sign a release of liability before coming and removing the unit and issuing a full refund. We were told by our attorneys not to sign this, and we will not. They have been contacted by our attorney asking for them to come and remove the unit so that work can begin and we still have not heard back from them. They have a "U-WIN" guarantee listed on their website that is a joke. Nothing came from that, and no one answers the phone or responds to emails. One Hour also has a two-year money back guarantee listed on their website that they will not honor unless we sign the release of liability. They have not only caused damage to my home and forced us to throw away all of our furniture (which is not covered by our home insurance) but also put my young daughter's health at risk.

      ******* ****** was the most genuine guy to come from One Hour Heating. He showed up, was incredibly friendly, and was very real about the state of our machines. Id request him every single time if I could.

      ***** was the best service person from One Hour sent to my house ever. He was thorough and meticulous and left nothing undone. He did more than former employees ever did, e.g., using actual water to clean upstairs and outside. He deserves a raise.

      When I called office for no a/c they were completely understandable on how important it was to get help as soon as we could. Was able to have someone out same day. **** came problemed solve. Took a while but didn't leave til a/c was working. He was very polite and concerned about what was going on with my unit.

      Great customer service and explained everything at a level that I could understand. Kept a calm, professional manner when I was starting to get overwhelmed with everything. Not the first time I have used this company and won't be the last.
