    Trade-related work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and gas-fitting) and elevator/escalator work, require that the individual performing be licensed for work that is under $1,000. Once the work hits the $1,000 threshold, a contractor license is required for the company.

    On May 24. 2022 an investigation letter was sent to the company due to their lack of a competency with the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR). As of the date of this Business Profile, the company has not obtained a competency license with DPOR.
