Brandon, Brandon *, Brian * and I’m sorry I don’t remember the other two gentleman’s names and Logan were not only all extremely knowledgeable and professional but were all quite personable and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again for some additional work still needed. Thank you all for your hard work throughout all the difficulties encountered along the way. Alpha Foundations field techs, Jake, Alberto and Charles were extremely professional. They stayed in communication with me every step of the way. I highly recommend this company and the fine gentlemen that represent Alpha Foundation. A couple of unforeseen Issues popped up and they took care of them. I would use them again.Review from Dwight W

The four young men who performed our crawlspace encapsulation were exceptionally well trained in customer care, worked diligently the entire day, and Cameron, the team leader, proudly showed us photos of the crawl space in progress and many views of the completed job. They cleaned up after the job was completed. We have been quite pleased. Such pleasant, polite, and industrious young men!! While we were impressed with the installation, we can’t offer this review without commenting on how thorough and professional Zeke was during our initial meeting but more importantly when we had a question and could call him directly on his cell. He was super! He educated us about humidity and the health of our floor joists, etc., so that we felt totally positive about our choice to move forward with the encapsulation. We are so pleased with DryPro from start to finish. Miguel P. was very personable and professional and answered all our questions during the inspection of our basement. He was a great initial point of contact. Juan *. and Cameron *. did an exceptional job during the installation process of the drainage system inside our basement. They were prompt, professional and Juan kept us updated on the progress of their work. They went the extra mile to keep the items in the basement protected while they worked. Scheduled an inspection with Adam *. He was prompt, professional, extremely detail oriented, clearly experienced, He took the time to explain the entire process, answer all of our questions and made suggestions to help us in every way with our foundation issues. He was a wealth of knowledge regarding the materials our foundation is made of, the process that led to our issues and gave us a detailed overview of what has happened, how it has happened, how to mitigate and repair it and offer a wide variety of solutions tailored to our needs. Marquise/Stephon were great. They started out immediately and before we knew it, it was complete. Guys were good humored and nice. No problems at all. Gave attention to an issue I might take care of (not their area to address). Marquise went over post work what was done and explained in detail what they had accomplished.
