On February 8, 2022 I had an appointment at precise tax service is in Virginia Beach to have my State and federal taxes prepared. During the process of preparation, ****** the tax preparer, mentioned many different Covid related tax credits and relief for low income families, assuring me that I would receive a large return this year because of those credits. It is now October 26, 2022, and I am being audited by the IRS due to A schedule C form which was filed under my name along with my typical 1040 forms in my 2021 tax return that ****** had prepared. At first I didn't understand what a schedule C was, so I asked the *** representative I spoke with to elaborate, to which she advised me that a schedule C form is a form business owners provide when they make a profit or loss from a business. I am not a business owner, I have never owned a business, and I never provided any documentation for a business or receipts for business related purchases or Business income to ****** at the time my return was prepared. I reached out to ****** and asked why she prepared my taxes fraudulently and provided fictitious information about a business that I do not own to the **** to which she replied that she had advised me at the time of preparation that she was doing this, even though she knows that this is tax fraud. Precise tax services charges a fee per form that is filed, my total filing cost for the year of 2021 taxes was ***** and obviously this amount includes forms that are fraudulent and fictitious, ****** refuses to provide a refund for the services even though she has admitted to filing the schedule C, even after I had advised that I do not own a business. I not only would like to be refunded for the cost of this fraudulent service, but I would advise the ***** ******** ******* To no longer back this precise tax service business, as per her own words she has done this to multiple clients, precise tax services has knowingly provided fraudulent tax service numerous times.
