              I sold a property in the summer of 2020, and this company was selected by the buyer as the settlement company to conduct the closing of the transaction. One full year later, Premier Title & Escrow, LLC has failed to transfer the property's deed to the new owners. In addition, this company evidently has just two employees who can facilitate this deed transfer. Unfortunately, neither employee is professional or responsible enough to take or return phone calls or messages - including emails. In sum, it doesn't appear to me that this firm meets the minimum requirements that any business should meet in order to interact with consumers - especially when handling real estate transactions often totaling many hundreds of thousands of dollars. ************************* is the apparent owner/manager.

              The company was totally non-responsive; did not return phone calls or acknowledge emails. There was no coordination with the loan officer. When he decided to move up the settlement date, the company was caught flat footed. If it were not for calling Ms. Jackson back from vacation, I hate think what would have happened. As a final insult, you shorted my commission by $3,000. When my processor reached out to you on a Friday, she was told it would be put into overnight mail. By Tuesday it had not reached my office and once again I had to reach out to Ms. Jackson to make it happen. I will never let my clients use your firm again!
