      On Feb 7th, 2025, I ordered a two year subscription to *********** My order number is *****. It was for a total of 52 issues (26 per year). To date, I've only received 3 issues....one per month for Mar, Apr and May. I've emailed numerous times and have yet to get a reply. I actually get a return email stating my mail wasn't delivered to ************************************ because their mailbox to full. That's why I am here. I am not getting all of my issues or the ad was wrong about getting 26 issues per year. Right now, I either want a refund or someone to contact me and explain why I'm only getting one per month. Thanks.

      Trying to cancel my subscription to navy times these people make it impossible. When you call their phone number and says to email them at specific email address and then hangs up on you.. But when you email them, you get a non delivered email saying that they're mailbox is full.

      I have not received a copy of ************ for the years *********. They charged my debit card every year. When my card expired they even changed the year and kept charging me. In 2023 they replied to my email saying my subscription expired in Oct 22 but charged me in ***** and now 24. The telephone number only let's me leave a message to which no one calls back. I would like a refund for the three years that I did not receive a magazine and conformation that I will not be charged again.

      Hello,

      We show that this subscription expired in 2022, but for some reason the payment that was being made was not being recognized and therefore did not reactivate the subscription.  We aplogize for this and are working internally to better understand why this happened on an IT level.

      As a result, we have cancelled the below subscription and removed auto-renew, and refunded the last three payments to the card ending in - screenshots of this are attached.

      We have also advised the customer directly as such.

      Years ago I subscribed to the ********* times on a two-year subscription basis. After 4, or 6, years I decided to cancel my subscription. I notified them through customer service to stop my subscritption. A few months later I received an automatic payment invoice for another two-year subscription in 2018. I immediately contacted them to terminate the subscription. Then again in 2020, 2022, and now again in 2024. I have continually been billed for the subscription with every occasion me calling to cancel the subscription without success. I want reimburse and I want my account closed and I do not ever want to hear from the ********* times or Sightline Media Group again! What will it take?

      I subscribed to the ************ a few years ago, the deliveries were spotty so I called to complain I wasn't getting my magazines every month, they said they would extend my subscription, but they didnt, they billed exactly one year later. Then last year, I received an invoice that they billed me for a digital subscription, so I let it go until they billed me a second time some weeks later, I sent an email to request a refund with the proof that they billed me twice for the same digital subscription. First they claim it was too late to get a refund, then they said they couldnt find the second invoice. When I provided them with a copy of the second invoice they said they would forward it to billing and get back to me. I waited 2 weeks and when I didnt hear back I contacted them again, they said they would notify billing and get back to me, another 2 weeks went by and nothing. So I contacted my CC to do a chargeback! A week ago, I got an invoice for my print subscription, I used the email they provided on their website to cancel it and it got bounced back as undeliverable TWICE! I just tried to call them with a CS phone number on their website, the queue said there was 2 callers ahead of me, I waited 45 minutes (unless they hired chimps to answer the phones, they is NO REASON for it to take almost an hour to handle 2 phone calls!!!) so I gave up and asked for a callback, its been another 20 minutes and still no callback. When I tried to call back, I was only allowed to leave a VM... ************ will gladly take your money but will take every precaution to avoid dealing with you at any time afterwards, they intentionally make it hard to cancel your subscriptions and get refunds!!!

      On September 2, 2023, I paid $50.00 for a subscription to *********** I received an acknowledgment of the subscription on the same day. On September 22, 2023, I requested that the subscription be canceled and the $50.00 be refunded. Again, I received an acknowledgment of the cancellation and the following message, Your request (*****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Ten business days later, on October 6, 2023, I sent another email requesting a refund and I have not received the refund.
