    I booked an appointment through your app with REMOVEDthe singer for 10/25/25 @ 2:30. The REMOVEDwas not there and I called the REMOVEDmultiple times and I text him once I asked him was he cutting he said yes I explained I had my appointment at 2:30 and then I never heard back from him. I thought since I didnt hear back he would release my Money back to me.all However this REMOVEDstill took my money of $60. I reached out to theCut app and I gave them my proof of reaching out to the REMOVEDand they did not but say try to reach him him the app. I would like my money back thats all!

    I booked a haircut with my REMOVEDwho was still on theCut app but he had moved his business to REMOVED, when I had been a customer of his in REMOVED, he didnt tell me he moved but the app let me book an appt even though Im in REMOVEDand he is in REMOVEDnow. Please refund me my money.

     We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and address your complaint.
    The issue in question resulted from a user error. The REMOVEDin question had updated their location two months prior to your booking and had mentioned this change in their bio information. Unfortunately, it seems that the location details were not reviewed before the appointment was made. Consequently, the appointment slot was booked, but the client did not show up at the correct location, causing an inconvenience for the REMOVEDin time and service they could have made a profit on.

    We followed our dispute process by reaching out to the REMOVEDto confirm the details. The REMOVEDhandled the situation respectfully and adhered to their established cancellation policy. According to this policy, the REMOVEDhas the right to charge a fee for last-minute cancellations. Refunding the client would require pulling funds from the REMOVED, which we believe would be unfair given the circumstances.
    We have attempted to communicate this to the client, REMOVED. Due to the REMOVEDpolicy and further confirmation from the REMOVED, we are unable to issue a refund at this time.

    However, we will reach out to the REMOVEDonce again to see if they are willing to work with the client. Given the location issue, this may not be possible. As a gesture of goodwill, we would like to offer a voucher for an item from our shop.

    I really appreciate the business getting back to us on this, but the location was about 900 miles apart from where he initially was and I was just into see him recently and he moved to REMOVED, REMOVEDwhen I am in REMOVEDhe did not let his patrons know.

    November 22 and 23 I had payments that were failed process payments due to a change of my bank card. I notified the cut app via email. They responded told me to get in touch with my bank. I did and by that time received my new bank card. From there switch my information over on the app and sent all of the bank card information to the cut app. Including screenshots of the failed payments. They havent returned my email in a week. None of the funds is posted to my bank statement. I know that they are taking funds and need my phones immediately. Please help me out. Thank you.

    User was responded to- failed deposits return and are automatically resent to the user. this client did receive their deposits right after. income report provided. no funds are being withheld for this client. previous account was deleted and current account still active. no funds are being held.

    We were able to provide additional information to the BBB and are sharing this information with you as well.

    The deposits from 11/23 initially failed, but the funds were subsequently SUCCESSFULLY deposited in the following transactions. After the initial failed attempt, the funds returned to the account and were re-attempted in the next deposit.

    Your first failed Instant Deposit occurred on 11/22, and it was successfully processed on 11/24. The following deposits on 11/23 and 11/24 initially failed but were later re-sent in subsequent deposits. When there is a failed deposit, Stripe exercises caution when re-sending the funds, as there is a chance it may fail again. The totals may have been different, but all failed deposits returned and were automatically re-sent. They are included in the Available Balance as soon as they are declined by the bank. All three deposits were initially declined by the bank but returned to your account and were then resent to your Bank Account on file with M&T Bank.
