      My husband was bonded out of immigration custody 2017 thru libre by nexxus when they posted 10,000 dollar bail on his behalf. Upon doing so he was obligated to wear a GPS tracking device and pay a monthly fee for$ 420 a month until he paid them the 10,000 bond money back once having paid them in full they removed GPS tracking device and once his case was closed in 2022 they had me fill out a bond refund form. They told me to call back every few months to check status of refund and now having recently having tried calling all numbers and emails I have do not work to reach company. I am seeking assistance in locating company and getting my money refunded from the bond. The amount below is the amount that is due to be refunded to me. But in total I paid company around $15,460

      When I was detained by ICE, Libre-by-Nexus did guarantee for my bond but I had to pay them in installments. I paid all the bond amount, and also additional fees for interest and further payment for GPS. They kept GPS on my ankle until I cleared the bond amount of $25,000.00
      I paid whole amount. My immigration proceeding completed on 10/04/2022 and my application for asylum is granted by Immigration Court. After immigration proceeding completed, I sent Libre-by-Nexus Payment Authorization Form, duly signed and Notarized. Libre-by-Nexus has not paid me the bond amount. Each time I call, they say that its in processing and they will call back when they will be ready. They never call back. Please help me to get my bond money with applicable interest.

      I have my bond refund I waiting from August 2022 n haven’t recive yet is 15000 dollars n I needed but when I call they just said I’d In the waiting list but no more information I need my bond back is 15000 dollars

      On January of 2019 I contacted ****** from Nexus to help finance a bond for my husband. I was told by her and the ones who had us sign a contract that they would pay the bond for my husband to ger of jail and I would pay them in monthly payments plus interest until it was paid off. She also said we would ger a full refund as soon as the case was closed or dismissed. We finished paying off the loan with interest in March of 2021 and in August of 2023 my husbands case was closed.
      August 27th my husband called and asked about the refund and he was told that he didnt qualify to get our refund back becasue he didnt pay the 80% of interest. What!!!! Apart from paying the monthly payments with interest they want 80% more money.; 80% was not in the conract and as soon as we were done paying in full they never contacted us again because it was paid in full. We owed them nothing. This business is scammiing people who worked hard to pay the bond with interest and not to receive it back is not right.

      I, ***** ********, lent 12 thousand dollars to this company to be able to pay a bond to immigration, they paid my bond to immigration but when I left I began to pay interest of 500 dollars a month for more than a year! to this company! After I won my case almost two years ago, migration returned the money to this company and they do not want to return it to me! Since they charged me a lot of interest, I got the full amount and paid 12,000, but I have been calling for a year and a half to get my money back and they don't want to do it. I would appreciate your help because I need that money, thanks.

      My bond for an immigration court was $10,000 I paid Libre (5000+ 2999 fees ) and the rest $ 5000 was on a monthly payment for$ 250.00 so at the end they were paid
      $ 10,000 + 2999.

      My case got settled three years ago on 04/12/2021
      The bond company got 10,000 + 450 interest from the IRS
      and yet the bond company will not reimburse me my
      $ 10000 .It has been almost 3 years and they keep saying they are behind in reimbursing people's money.

      I started dealing with this company back in 2017 to help someone get released from Immigration Custody. Once the case was closed a refund was supposed to be issued with 60-90 days excluding weekends and holidays and here we are almost 2 years later from the date I sent over my refund information. I’ve been contacting the company several times over the years in regard to the refund. I was always hung up on or even put on hold for long periods of time then the call is disconnected. I goggled and found the CEO on Facebook the first week of July 2022 and was able to get him to respond and he seemed as though he was helping, he got me in touch with the VP and he too seemed as though he was helping. I provided my account number and routing number as requested and was advised it’ll take 14 business to process and for me to receive it which would’ve been by the end of the month. I never received it, I reached back out and was told it was a week delay and it’ll be sent out the first week of August 2022. I still never received it, I was then told it was processed on August 5th, 2022, and I should be receiving it soon but never received it. I continued to call and reach out to both Mike the CEO and **** the VP. I finally was able to speak to a supervisor by the name ****** and he too seemed as if he was going to help, he reached out to both Mike and **** and was advised it’ll be sent out in 14 days from September 16th, 2022, and here we are in the second week of October with nothing. **** stopped responding to me on August 25th, 2022, and Mike stopped responding to me on September 11th, 2022. I’ve asked ****** for a point of contact and address in case I had to get a lawyer and he has yet to provide it. I do have all documentation of me providing my information, contract, and me being promised my refund in the amount of $2,800.00, and the CEO and VP acknowledging I am owed this refund.
