      This company was hired to clean our carpets. We were quoted $210 for carpet cleaning of our family room, stairway, hallway, living room, and master bedroom. The technicians spent between 30 and 35 minutes total cleaning the carpets for all of those areas. When they were questioned, why areas still looked dirty, they said that we had to let it dry. Upon drying, there were still many noticeable stains, that I was later able to easily remove with our own home carpet cleaning machine. After I used our own home carpet cleaning machine, the water was extremely dirty, and look like the rugs had not been cleaned prior to that.I have tried contacting the company to complain about the poor quality of work and the inadequate amount of time spent by the technicians and have received no response.

      I booked the appointment for the company, based on advertisements, to clean and shine my wood floors. Prior to their arrival I took it upon myself to take a video of my floors and forwarded to them to show them the floors and gage how long the job would take since they were arriving later than scheduled. The 2 employees arrived and began cleaning and then shining my floors. As the floors started to dry I noticed some areas were extremely dull and other areas shiny. I inquired about that and was told it would look better as it dried but it didn’t. They then told me that wood floors are not their specialty. I continued to inquire and was told that Kenny himself would have to come back to redo the floors the next day. Kenny, the owner, came the next day to redo the floors. As he was close to finishing I noticed that there was NO shine at all on my floors. I asked him why my floors were not shiny like his advertisements showed. He first asked, what advertisement are you talking about. I went to his ********* and showed him. He then stated that he doesn’t have the type of product that my floors need so that’s the best he could do. I stated that if that was the case what did they use to shine it the day before? No response. As he was packing up and as I started to look at my floors I noticed that his machine had really scratched my floors up. He said that his machine was gentle and he didn’t believe his machine did the damage. I reminded him that I sent him and his team a video of my floors prior to and there was no damage. After that he began to ignore me.
