    We partnered with Arrington Coaching for leadership training, and the experience was honestly fantastic from start to finish. ***** led both an online course and a live workshop for our team, and his style immediately put people at ease. Hes real, approachable, and knows how to deliver leadership concepts in a way that actually sticks!From the start, the process felt smooth and thoughtful. The pace was just right and not overwhelming but definitely pushed us to reflect and grow. What we really enjoyed, is that it never felt like it was "just another training." Instead, ***** made space for real conversations, encouraged self-awareness, and gave us tools we could use post training.The impact we saw was almost immediate. We saw employees stepping up with more confidence, communicating more clearly, and thinking more intentionally about how they lead, regardless of their title. It sparked great discussions that are still happening weeks later. Our team responded so positively. Several folks shared how much they appreciated having the time and space to really think about how they show up and how refreshing it was to be part of something that felt so relevant and personal.If I had to sum it up in a few words: insightful, down-to-earth, energizing, and meaningful.     We worked with Arrington Coaching in the executive coaching and the training facilitation space. ***** has definitely left a positive **** on our organization. Our employees love to attend his riveting training sessions as he captures and holds their attention for the entire session and leaves them with knowledge gems they can implement in their work today.     As the Human Resources Specialist, I managed professional development for the civilian and military personal assigned to the Joint Staff, Pentagon. The Joint Staff utilized Arrington Coaching, LLC to provide executive leadership coaching as well as leadership training.
    Surveys received from students who participated in the 8-month program was extremely positive.
