"The only good thing about this place is they refund me the money after I wasn't satisfied the owner was nice over the phone but the groomer working for her is a disrespectful combative aggressive human being I don't know why businesses employ people like that the gentleman on the counter was nice but her she came from the back to started shouting arguing ready to fight and I am sure the owner is going to write an excuse for her that's the model all owners do put an counter response to every complaint so there business looks good and responding to all complaints but the reality is that like the owner said the groomer doesn't explain well what your dog needs she said she explain for 20 minutes lie lie I came in about 11:55am I was out of there by 12:02pm if it was 20 I should have left by 12:30 .
