    (2020 ***** ******** ******* bought on May 13, 2023) Updated May 31: Extremely low reputation AN ***** Dulles ** Mr. Owner, your response below (****** review) is NOT helpful. Your GM is unreachable. NO responses to replace the left headlight with water condensation (picture attached) since May 17 (i.e. sales manager, sales person, chat rep, emails) ** Your dealer deposited our 50%+ check very quickly. However, this defect headlight with water condensation has never been replaced! ** In addition, no basis maintenance before delivery ** The ******** needs work (3): 1. Engine coolant: Coolant service is due 2. Transmission fluid: Transmission fluid service needed. Transmission is due to be serviced. 3. Differential: vehicle is due to have a differential service performed. --------- ** Updated May 30: ** PLEASE CALL ME AND GIVE ME YOUR DIRECT NUMBER, IF YOU, THE DECISION MAKER, WOULD REALLY LIKE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. ** Unable to reach the GM. No responses from earlier calls, text, chat, emails. This dealer has not fixed the defect headlight since May 17 (picture attached) --------- ** AutoNation (AN) ***** Dulles: WAITING for the defect headlight fixed/replaced ** Unreliable, irresponsible, untrusty, extremely poor customer services ** Do NOT advertise and sell your vehicles, when they are NOT ready for delivery and free of repair. ********** ***** Dulles deposited our 50%+ down payment check very quickly. However, all of its services and responses have been extremely slow (up to one week). We are extremely frustrated and never wish to come back to this dealer.     AutoNation (AN) Honda Dulles has never fixed the defect headlight. Unreliable, irresponsible, untrusty, extremely poor customer services Sunday, April 02, 2023: My wife and I spent the whole afternoon signing and buying a Honda Passport. The dealer found out the Passport was unsaleable, due to the recent recall, although it had been advertised on CarFax Saturday, May 13: Again, my wife and I spent the whole afternoon at the dealership to buy a different 2020 Honda Passport Touring. The Passport was NOT ready for delivery until Monday afternoon. Wednesday, May 17: We picked up the Passport, even though the dealer promised delivery on Monday, May 15, though it was not available for delivery until Tuesday, 12:30 PM. Saturday, May 20: NO responses in two days from AutoNation Honda Dulles after two phone calls, one voice message, three emails, and one chat. The dealer responded they would work on fixing the Left Headlight with water condensation. Friday, May 26: The dealer said our Passport under 36 month warranty, and our local Honda dealer would fix the headlight for us. Saturday, May 27: Our local Honda dealer said AutoNation had to fix the headlight. Do NOT advertise and sell your vehicles, when they are NOT ready for delivery and free of repair. AutoNation Honda Dulles deposited our 50%+ down payment check very quickly. However, all of its services and responses have been extremely slow (up to one week). We are extremely frustrated and never wish to come back to this dealer. We wish no buyers ever would have experienced as we did at this dealer. Extremely poor services. Never recommended this dealer.
