This company robbed me for $749.50. Signed up for **** and *** certifications with this company. During class Prem (owner) advised a student that content and material from early chapters will be closed off and restricted. After hearing this, I immediately requested a Full Refund. They stated per their refund policy they could only refund $1174.00 of the $2,023.50. Not to mention, they cancelled the original dates this class was supposed to held on and without any notice of cancellation to me they scheduled it for a different date and time which resulted in me running into a family conflict. I am demanding a full refund from this company.Customer response

Thank you for speaking with me today. This is to notify that the company has resolved the issue with me in a timely and professional manner.
I also wanted to know if I am allowed to update the status of the original complaint thru bbb?
And the company also advised that they needed to know if they should respond to the matter since it has been resolved?
Please advise.
