Date of Transaction: 4/9/2024 (invoice date).Amount of ******************* $2,575.59 + Materials I provided to Company (incurred cost of materials provided ~$4,5000). The quote on 3/22/24 included postage as part of the quote, then I was told to buy and mail stamps and it would be credited to invoice. What the Business Offered to Provide: Hand Addressing of Envelopes, add signature to letters, fold letters, put letters in envelope, seal envelopes, and affix postage. Nature of Dispute: The postage stamps were placed very "crooked", in the incorrect location on the envelope. The letters were folded backwards with the print facing outwards from the envelope. The end product was too sloppy to be used.Attempted Resolution: ***** was notified via email that the letters were unacceptable and advised the letters had been sent back. She responded: "I want to apologize for the stamps being applied crooked. We have found that have the stamps placed not perfect, as a machine would, gives the mailing more personalized and real. If you want us to keep them perfectly straight in any future projects we can do that". They then wanted me to pay for postage again. I responded: "Ive already paid for the postage. Your company did not affix the postage in an acceptable manner. We wanted to be sure we have given you an opportunity to fix it". The letters sat for 2 weeks before they began "Fixing" them. The envelopes/letters were delivered to them on 05/03/24 and I recieved the 2 boxes of letters/envelopes back on 5/23/24. The order received back was in worse condition than before. At this point (05/23/24) I requested a refund for invoice #***** and the materials I provided them (********** Paper with Color Printing and Postage). I did not receieve a response to that email. On /529/23 I sent another email to ***** requesting a refund and reimbursement for my cost of provided materials, as I needed to have work done by another vendor. No response to date. Order/Invoice #: *****

This is the original quote (attached), prior to adding the additional 368 letters. After making an adjustment for the additional letters added to the quote would be $4,485.26 original quote +$412.16 (+ Applicable Tax). They made me mail the stamps to them instead of them being provided by them as orginally stipulated in the quote They said they would be credited to the invoice. A refund shuould reflect the adjusted amount (added quantity) of this original quote (that includes the stamps), plus the damage to customer provided materials by refunding replacement cost.

We replied earlier but here is our next response, it has NOT been 10days

It would not let me respond with our rejection. There was not enough context to the message to accept it.

We recently sent them a final invoice for reimbursement and refund.

We are nearing the point where this matter will need to be resolved by a Jury Trial.
